Let me help you get to your goals with the best pilates lessons. I teach all ages, all levels and I have a lot of fun doing it! I am an instructor in mat pilates. Pilates has a lot of benefits for the body and mind. It is great for athletes and non-athletes, as well as people who are just starting with Pilates. Pilates is a great way to get into shape and stay in shape. If you want to keep the body in optimal condition, it is important that you exercise regularly and in the right way. Pilates exercises are designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance, all of which contribute significantly to our health and well-being.
Classical Ballet
Ballet Classes available for: -Children 5yrs old+ My classes are fun, energetic and aimed to give the children self-confidence, discipline and a love for dance. They will learn technique, choreographies and eventually perform in a show on stage! Teenagers 13yrs old+ You will get the best results, if you treat your dancing seriously and professionally. In my lessons we work on proper technique and ballet steps in order for you to achieve the highest level of skill. Young Adults 20yrs old+ My ballet classes are designed to improve body posture, confidence and coordination. They also help develop grace, poise and control in the body. -The wonderful thing about ballet is that you can start to learn at any age. You may think that it’s something strange to start ballet classes at the age of forty, but believe me – it is not. The best way to enjoy your life is to keep challenging yourself and stay in shape. I can help you achieve that goal by offering modern ballet classes for senior citizens in the studio. Join me and you will be surprised how fast your body will react positively on such exercises! Barre
If you are looking for a way to get back into shape, or just want to build strength and flexibility, consider barre. I teach all ages and all levels of experience. Barre has a lot of benefits, including burning calories, increasing your metabolism and strengthening the core muscles in your body. Barre is a great exercise incorporating so many muscles at once. I work on areas that need the most support, such as your core and legs. Barre tones up your body and makes you feel strong and beautiful! Barre classes are designed to work the ballet muscles of your body, as well as strength, flexibility and balance. However, it is not exclusively for ballet dancers. Barre is an amazing physical activity and it can change your life. The instructor will guide you through your first class so don’t be afraid to book a spot during your first visit!
